Our in-house counsel may not serve as members’ own legal counsel and may not assert attorney-client privilege over any information communicated to them. Therefore, at any time members need to discuss sensitive legal matters, develop documents related to a specific legal issue or respond to any sort of inquiry, complaint or suit, they will be referred to private legal counsel.
