Description
Human Resources is one of those roles that many times falls to business owners, office managers, and others. The laws and requirements associated with HR are rapidly evolving and detailed. This training is focused on assisting individuals with little or no background in HR, but who find themselves tasked with HR responsibilities or are otherwise brand new to the field of HR. Attendees will be provided with a high-level overview of the most commonly addressed areas of HR, including topics such as the hiring process, personnel files, discipline, wage and hour, discrimination, leave laws, and more.
