One of the roles that many times falls to business owners, office managers, and others in Human Resources.  The laws and requirements associated with HR are rapidly evolving and detailed.  This training is focused on assisting individuals with little or no background in HR, but who find themselves tasked with HR responsibilities or are otherwise brand new to the field of HR.
