Associated Industries announces the launch of the data collection process for the Inland Northwest Compensation and Benefits Survey. This report provides employers with insights into local compensation, base pay, salary increase, emerging job titles, employee benefits, and new remote work arrangements. Employers can input their data via an online platform funded by Associated Industries at aiin.com until May 13, 2022. The survey typically takes two to three hours, depending on the company size and benefit offerings. Participants are able to start, stop, and return to the platform conveniently without losing their data.
Employers need comparable market data to make informed decisions about their current compensation strategy. National surveys have limited value for most organizations. While they serve to have a snapshot of what’s going on in the general market, localized data is best to know trends in our local economic community. “As we move into 2023, compensation data will be even more critical for workforce planning as employers must disclose wage scales or salary ranges, as well as a general description of all offered benefits and other compensation in job postings.” Said Jennifer Hanson, Legal Counsel for Associated Industries.
Participating employer members of Associated Industries receive the report for free, and members of the West Plains Chamber and Valley Chamber will receive a 30% discount. Employers not providing data will not be able to purchase the final report, which is expected to be published in early July.
