This affordable new health insurance solution pools industry-specific members to reap the benefits of large-group experience with competitive pricing, expanded plan offerings, additional resources, and experienced service teams, all designed to give employers the freedom to focus on their businesses.
Participating employers will have access to customized health plans underwritten by Moda, industry-leading plans from Delta Dental of Oregon, VSP vision coverage, Unum life and disability coverage, employee health education, and a full suite of administrative and HR services, all tailored to the needs of their employees. “We’re delighted to be able to bring this opportunity to Oregonians,” says Moda Vice President Jason Gootee, “These plans give Oregonian entrepreneurs a chance to do what they do best – stay competitive in the marketplace and ensure the health and well-being of their employees.”

Association Health Plans will be available for January 1, 2025, effective dates to Oregon employers through five industry-specific trusts: Oregon Commercial Construction Health Trust, Oregon Business Services Health Trust, Oregon Manufacturing Health Trust, Oregon Health Industry Health Trust, and Oregon Retail Health Trust.
Businesses participating in these Association Health Plans must be headquartered in Oregon. Each employer group must be a member of Associated Industries and classified within one of the five industry trusts.
