Accident prevention in the workplace refers to the programs, policies, and procedures put in place to keep employees safe at work. Every employer in Washington State is required to create a written Accident Prevention Program (APP) to address the safety and health hazards found in their workplace. The details of accident prevention plans vary depending on the size, nature, and geographic location of your business. This is your opportunity to receive information and ask questions about workplace injury prevention.
